Origins
- Founder, Itumeleng Segaloe started Onward Consulting Group in 2002 as GS Segaloe Associates providing business advisory services to small enterprises.
- GS Segaloe Associates was renamed Onward Strategies and focused on strategy consulting.
- Subsequently Onward Research was established as another brand to focus on research, monitoring and evaluation.
- Onward Corporation was also formed as a general consulting and investment company
- In 2009, all the onward brands and services were consolidated under Onward Consulting Group, now Segaloe and Company.
- Since inception we have provided Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Research and Analysis, Strategy Consulting and Business Advisory Services.
